Meet your instructor: Silvia Monetti

Silvia started at young age with classical ballet, her great passion even when, years later, she discovered yoga, looking for a gentler approach, to abandon the mirror and find an "inner gaze" made of listening, patience and kindness.

She chooses a Yin yoga training path based precisely on these qualities: listening, observing and learning to abandon herself with trust to the wisdom of the body, recognizing and accepting its limits and rigidity.

She also proposes innovative work on the fascia after the session, constantly updated on the myofascial meridians of the body according to Thomas W. Myers, to explore their strength and plasticity.

In her practices she combines, in a personal way, different elements coming from her training in dance and yoga, also inserting some contemporary Pilates.

“What a great place and very helpful host. Manny went out of his way to make sure we went everywhere we wanted. If your planning on going to this part of Italy, this is the place to stay.”
